How to Enter and Rules for Model of the Month Contest.
Contest Rules:
*must be 18 years of age or older
*winner will be notified via email and will have 24 hours to respond. If the chosen winner cannot attend the photo shoot on the scheduled date or misses the photo shoot, the runner-up will be given the place of the winner and the winner forfeits any claim to the title or eligibility of this contest.
*the photo shoot date will be predetermined by the photographer and notice will be given to the winner one week in advance of the shoot.
*winner may only enter again after 12 months
*no prior modeling experience necessary
*must fill out application and submit photo
*height, size, race, etc. does not matter but feeling good about yourself, being positive and confidence does.
The Winner Will Receive:
*photo shoot and make-over
*6 images 0f your best shots on CD
*30 day on-line photo gallery of your photo shoot to share with friends and family
*page of your photo shoot published on Essential Arts Studios' website
How to Enter:

Then email your clear head shot photo.
Photo must be a (j peg file) approximately 130KB
In subject line put your full name
